Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident buying from Tough Trucks. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll help get it sorted.
30-day returns. You can request a return of an unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning anything, email info@toughtrucks4x4.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return instructions and the correct return address for your item. Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as return locations can vary by product.
If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind: the item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect: contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll work with you on the appropriate replacement, repair or refund.
Refund timing: once an approved return has been received and inspected, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
Warranty: products are covered by applicable warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Premium stainless steel snorkels include our lifetime warranty. Contact us with your order number if you believe an item has developed a fault.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
